website makes the task of sending letters  snap – especially to elected officials!

(Sacramento) –   Thanks to months of budget problems, legislative strangulation, the nation’s highest tax rate(s), as well as a variety of both natural disasters and larger than life “problems” that appear to literally be sucking the breath out of California life, many who study California’s society, government and operations are asking (and acting on) two questions:

a) Is California to large to govern (effectively)?

b) Should there be a California Constitutional Convention (to address the problems)?

Now consumers, policy professionals and politicians can let the world know how they feel thanks to a new website run under the banner of www.JustTwoQuestionsCalifornia.com. The focus of the site is to educate voters about major issues that affect the governing the 8th largest economic body in the world, as well as the proposed Constitutional Convention that’s been suggested to correct these problems.

“Even though our state’s voters are well educated, many haven’t learned the art of writing a simple business or political letter,” Michael Ross, Consumer Advocate and the site’s creator said.  “Our letters are designed to take the tedious work out of letter writing, making it easier for the Californians to contact their elected official.”

“Thanks to our easy to use online format, the user can write and send dozens of letters in minutes,” Ross said. “It’s important for all of California’s voters to be involved in the issues being addressed by these three websites, especially with legislation before the legislature.”

Once a letter is researched and completed, the user simply hits the send button and bingo - the letter is on its way to its designated spot. Additionally a letter is sent to our offices (for follow up & personal delivery) & the consumer/writer for their file/records.

“We provide the format, structure and some basic arguments to follow on both sides, but would never specifically tell anyone what to write.” Ross added.  “We don’t care what position you take on the convention or Governability of California - , we simply want people to get involved and believe that this streamlined system will help them do it.”

As designed, the completed letter comes on letter head (ours), provides a proper salutation and includes space where you can present “reasons” for taking the position you have.
