PLEADINGS
- Spy Ware Pleading - This pleading was filed against companies that make/produce and distribute spyware and popup windows. This suit was also used to introduce, pass and enact legislation outlawing spyware and popup windows
.
- RX Cannabis Pleading - This pleading was written for a friend - Steven Ledesma. Its an interesting case against RX Cannabis Clubs who do not provide 'consumer protection' concepts for their customers - specifically they are in violation of State Prescription Labeling Law(s).
- Discovery Village - This pleading was filed against a Board of Directors, Management Association and a couple of attorneys for a variety of reasons - with the largest being a breech of duty that violated my (and other stakeholder) rights.
