Rx Marijuana Laws
"Stop The Marijuana Cartel From Ripping Consumers Off!"
Dear Reader;
On 8/30/06, a friend and I filed a two law suits against the currently operating cannabis clubs and delivery services in Sacramento County. The lead case is number 06AS03679 . The case was filed stating the following cause(s) of action:
1) Mislabeling of Prescription Drugs as outlined in the Health & Safety Code Section(s) 111330, 111335, 111340, 111345, 111355, 111360, 111365, 111375, 111380, 111385, 111390, 111395, 111400, 111415, 111420, 111425, 111430, 111435,
111440, 111445, 111450, 111455, 111460, 111465, 111470, 111475, 111480, 111485, 111490, 111500, 111505, and 111510.
2) Misrepresentation of Fact;
3) Negligence - breech of duty.
And whom did we sue? The following businesses were sued:
River City Patients’ Center
Capitol Alternatives
Doctor’s Orders
Canna Care
The Greenhouse
MedSac916*
End of the Rainbow Deliveries*
Growth Unlimited*
Healing Hands Of Nature Delivery*
Capital Wellness Collective
Sam’s Deliveries*
Today’s Holistic Caregivers*
Several of these businesses appear to be "hidden" and almost impossible to serve.
We believe that they are hidden for several reasons, any of which you can take you pick.
We believe that they have adopted the same policies towards the sale of RXCannabis as
drug dealers have - make as much money as they can, as fast as then can off of
people who can least afford it. Businesses that we can not serve are marked with an * after their names. We suggest
that you DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
With that in mind, both Steve and I want to make it clear that we support the legal sale of medical marijuana – but, shouldn't those businesses follow all the laws, and not just a select few that they benefit from? Isn't protecting the consumer important? For instance, don't these businesses follow California labor law? Well, if they didn't, what would happen?
With respect to our suit, the same claim can be, and should be made. Why? Because if they do follow that law, shouldn't they follow all the others, especially when those laws are designed to protect consumers and their purchases?
This law suit is applicable to your community if it has cannabis club in it. If you would like to test the waters in your community, why not contact us at (916) 923-2215 and lets talk about it.
